Most of the cars in our shop got here because of an accident. That's shaped how we run the place. We're not just a shop that repairs body damage. We're a shop that deals with people on a bad week.
Over that time we've handled a lot of insurance repairs, a lot of tow calls at hours when nobody wants to be awake and a lot of customers who walked in with no idea what happens next.
